Collective Comms Cymru was founded in October 2022 by Lisa Newberry, who identified the need for a flexible and responsive consultancy that could support organisations in achieving their goals. Lisa Newberry – With more than three decades of experience in policy, public affairs, and communication within Welsh and UK governments and leading higher education institutions, I have provided guidance and support for policy development and implementation across a range of sectors. As we came out of the pandemic, I recognised an opportunity to leverage my experience and embark on a freelance career that allows me to collaborate with individuals from a variety of organisations.
