C³ was set up to solve a problem I see time and again: organisations with big ambitions, but not enough time, capacity or the right support in place to deliver them.
That’s where I come in.
I provide both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery s0 whether you need help shaping a direction, getting a project moving or simply getting things done. When needed, I bring in trusted collaborators to make sure you have the right expertise around you.

My work spans communications, public engagement and policy, alongside design, photography and Welsh language support. That means if you come with a challenge, I can help you solve it without you having to manage multiple suppliers.
When needed, I work with a small network of experienced, trusted collaborators. Together, we bring the right mix of skills, creativity and insight to deliver work that is thoughtful, well-executed and makes a real difference.

I will work with you to create strategic public engagement campaigns to enable you to connect with your target audiences and build positive community relationships.
My approach includes engaging key stakeholders to ensure your messages resonate, encouraging collaboration and mutual understanding.
Communication
I provide both strategic and practical support to raise awareness of your work and help you effectively engage audiences through the power of media and comms.

Policy
I use my Welsh Government experience to provide impartial knowledge and advice via evidenced-based research and evaluation. I evaluate and advise on policy proposals, providing expert comment on benefits, risks and potential implications to support a robust internal policymaking process for your organisation.
Welsh Language
Communicating with individuals in both Welsh and English can be a hugely positive experience.
Clients are looking for a certain sense of identity or distinctiveness that will separate them from others and this is where the value of bilingualism can come to the fore. And I can help.

About me
When you work with me, you’re not passed from person to person or left managing multiple suppliers. You work directly with me - someone who understands how organisations like yours actually operate and what it takes to get things done.
I care about the work I do and the people I work with. That means being responsive, honest and easy to work with, delivering to a high standard, every time.
Collective Comms Cymru (C³) was founded in 2022 after I saw a clear gap: organisations needing experienced support, but without the budget or need for a full-time comms or policy lead. Since then, I’ve worked with charities, public bodies and universities to help them move forward with confidence.
About me
I bring over 30 years’ experience across policy, public affairs and communications, working in Welsh and UK government, within higher education and the charity sector.
I’ve supported organisations to shape policy, influence decision-making and communicate clearly, often in complex or high-pressure environments. I now use that experience to support organisations on a flexible basis, working as an extension of your team when you need it.
At the heart of it, I’m a content specialist and storyteller. I help you say what you need to say in a way that’s clear, confident and easy to understand - because big words don’t always equal intelligence.
